DevOps consultingservices

CI/CD automation, infrastructure as code, observability and release engineering. Shorter lead times, fewer failed deployments, and releases that stop being a source of stress.

WHAT OUR CONSULTING COVERS

From commit to production

CI/CD pipelinesEvery commit turned into a verified, deployable artifact: version-controlled pipelines, deterministic builds, parallel tests, security gates, and DORA metrics your leadership actually cares about.
Release engineeringBlue-green, canary and progressive delivery. Feature flags so incomplete work ships safely, rollback baked in from day one. Deployments frequent, reversible and boring.
Infrastructure as codeTerraform, OpenTofu, Pulumi or CloudFormation, chosen for what your team can maintain. Every environment version-controlled, peer-reviewed and applied through pipelines, with policy-as-code guardrails.
ObservabilityMetrics, logs and traces with Prometheus, Grafana or OpenTelemetry. SLOs tied to user impact, dashboards engineers actually read, and alerts connected to runbooks instead of 3am guesswork.
OrchestrationKubernetes or simpler schedulers matched to your scale: namespaces, quotas, network policies, secrets with Vault, and promotion workflows that move artifacts across environments without rebuilds.

Cloud architecture and provisioning belong to our Cloud practice; web applications, data platforms and AI models to theirs. This practice owns the engineering pipeline that takes code from commit to production, safely and repeatedly.

HOW IT WORKS

Structured process value from week one

PHASE 01
Discovery & assessment

Pipeline diagnostics, engineer interviews, tooling audit and baseline DORA metrics. The output: a written maturity assessment with prioritized recommendations, so you know what to fix first and why.

PHASE 02
Pilot & quick wins

One or two high-impact fixes in parallel with the assessment, like parallelizing a slow test suite or repairing a flaky deployment script. Value proven early, momentum built with the team.

PHASE 03
Implementation

Sprints alongside your engineers, pairing as the default. No black-box pipelines: we build them with your team so they own the result, documented and shipped through the pipelines we improve.

PHASE 04
Handover & enablement

Documentation, internal training and a 30-day support window. Post-engagement DORA metrics confirm the improvement holds, with a roadmap your team continues independently.

WHY US

Engineers not slide-writers

TOOLING WITHOUT DOGMA
What your team can maintain

Production experience across Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Terraform, Pulumi and Kubernetes. We recommend what fits your context, not what is fashionable.

MEASURABLE OUTCOMES
DORA metrics from day one

Deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate and time to recovery, tracked throughout. Impact visible to leadership, not just felt by engineers.

CULTURE, NOT JUST TOOLING
Practices that stick

Trunk-based development, feature flags, blameless postmortems. Your engineers leave with better pipelines and a stronger delivery culture that outlasts the Terraform modules.

CLIENT OUTCOMES
2/wk → 15/day
DEPLOYMENTS · FINTECH SCALE-UP

From holding their breath twice a week to deploying fifteen times a day in six weeks, with an on-call rotation that stopped being a punishment.

1 year
MIGRATION PAIN AVOIDED · SAAS

Reliable IaC built on their existing VM stack, with orchestration recommended only once traffic justified it. Honesty that saved a year of migration.

6 months
CULTURE THAT STUCK · INDUSTRIAL IOT

Blameless postmortems, feature-flag discipline and trunk-based flow still in place long after the consultants left. The tooling was the wedge, the culture the result.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does a typical engagement last?

Most run 6 to 12 weeks. A focused CI/CD project delivers value in 4 weeks; a full transformation covering IaC, observability and orchestration runs 3 to 6 months. Scoped against your goals, not a fixed template.

Do you impose your own stack?

We work with your existing tools whenever they support the outcomes. Changes are only recommended when current tooling actively blocks your goals, with trade-offs explained before you decide.

Can you help if we are not on Kubernetes?

Yes. Much of our work happens on VMs and hybrid setups. Kubernetes is one option among many, recommended only when workload and team readiness justify it.

How do you measure success?

The four DORA metrics, baselined at discovery and tracked every sprint, plus developer satisfaction and on-call burden. Tooling that does not improve engineer experience is not an improvement.

Will our team maintain the pipelines after you leave?

That is the explicit goal: pairing throughout, documented decisions, training before handover, and a backlog your team executes independently. If a pipeline requires us to maintain it, we have failed.
