When to call us

Signs you need a data consultant

  1. 01

Nobody trusts the numbers in the dashboards

Conflicting definitions and unowned datasets lead to meetings about whose figure is right instead of decisions.

  2. 02

Data sits idle while decisions stay instinctive

The information exists, but it does not reach the right people at the moment they decide.

  3. 03

GDPR or sector rules require lineage and ownership

Compliance needs documented stewardship, quality standards and lineage tracking, not just a policy document.

  4. 04

You have no dedicated data team yet

A focused use case can prove value before you hire, and the first pipelines are built with your people.

How it works

Structured process value from week one

  1. PHASE 01

    Assessment

Two to four weeks: stakeholder interviews, infrastructure audit, analytics evaluation and decision-process mapping. The output: a diagnostic with quick wins, structural gaps and a prioritized roadmap fitted to your budget reality.

  2. PHASE 02

    Design

Target architecture for your data flows, governance framework, and the first analytics use cases prototyped on your actual data, so stakeholders can see, touch and challenge results before full-scale commitment.

  3. PHASE 03

    Implementation

Pipelines built, models deployed, dashboards configured, governance documented. We work alongside your internal teams to transfer knowledge, not create dependency.

  4. PHASE 04

    Adoption

Training, dashboard refinement from user feedback, and a review cadence so your data capability keeps evolving after we leave. Success is your team running it without us.

Why us

Business value first technology second

Business-first

Decisions, not tools

We start with the decisions your business needs to make and the metrics that move the needle, not a tool selection justified backward. Technology is a means, not an end.

Built for sustainability

You stop needing us

A strategy that only works with consultants in the room is a dependency. Knowledge transfer, documentation and training in every engagement. We measure success by how fast you become self-sufficient.

Cross-industry depth

Patterns that transfer

Financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, public sector: we bring solutions your in-house team may not have met, and tell you honestly which transfer and which do not. Strictly vendor-neutral.

FAQ

Data consulting FAQ

Straight answers to the questions we hear before every data engagement.

How long does a typical engagement last?

A focused analytics use case: six to eight weeks. A full data strategy and governance program: four to six months. Milestones and deliverables are agreed upfront for full visibility on timeline and budget.

Do you require specific platforms?

No. We are strictly vendor-neutral and work with the warehouses, pipelines and BI tools you already have when they fit. When a change is justified, we compare the options against your use cases, your budget and your team skills, and document why we recommend one over another.

Can you help if we have no dedicated data team?

Yes. A focused analytics use case is often the best way to prove value before you hire. We build the first pipelines and models with the people you have, train them as we go, and help you define the roles worth recruiting once the value is visible.

Is our data secure during the engagement?

Yes. We work inside your environment with the access rights you grant, on least-privilege principles, and avoid copying data out of it. Personal data is handled in line with GDPR and your sector rules, and our access is revoked at the end of the engagement.

What happens after the engagement ends?

Your team runs what we built. Every engagement includes documentation, training and a structured handover, and we measure success by how quickly you become self-sufficient. If you want, a monthly review cadence keeps dashboards and models refined as your business evolves.
