When to call us

Signs you need a cloud consultant

  1. 01

A data center renewal or hardware refresh is coming

A contract end date or end-of-life hardware is the usual trigger for a migration plan, and the best moment to question what should move at all.

  2. 02

Your cloud bill grows faster than your usage

Idle instances, oversized databases and forgotten environments quietly inflate spend until someone audits them.

  3. 03

Nobody can explain the architecture on one page

Undocumented environments make outages longer, onboarding slower and every audit harder than it should be.

  4. 04

A security or compliance review is approaching

IAM, network segmentation and encryption are cheaper to design in before the audit than to retrofit after it.

How it works

Structured process value from week one

  1. PHASE 01

    Readiness assessment

Workload inventory, performance baselines, compliance requirements and cost structures. The output: a readiness report with opportunities, risks and a prioritized roadmap with estimated timelines and costs.

  2. PHASE 02

    Architecture & planning

Target architecture, resource sizing, network topology, security controls and a phased timeline with clear milestones, plus a total-cost-of-ownership comparison against your current state.

  3. PHASE 03

    Implementation & migration

Executed alongside your team, on infrastructure-as-code principles. Every migration wave preceded by a dry run, every cutover with a rollback procedure, progress visible on a shared dashboard.

  4. PHASE 04

    Optimization & handover

Performance tuned, security validated, costs optimized. Full documentation and knowledge transfer, with optional managed services and monthly optimization reviews as your workloads evolve.

Platforms

One practice, three cloud platforms

Vendor-neutral by design: we recommend the platform that fits your workloads, and document why.

01

AWS

Cost audits on EC2 and RDS, migration waves, post-migration validation and managed-service replacement of legacy applications.

02

Microsoft Azure

Phased VMware-to-Azure migrations with dry runs, rollback procedures and a first-pass security review.

03

Google Cloud

Private GKE clusters and least-privilege IAM designed to pass compliance audits on the first attempt.

Why us

Certified on all three clouds incentivized by none

Vendor-neutral

The platform that fits

Professional certifications across AWS, Azure and GCP, and no reseller commissions. Multi-cloud when your workloads justify it, single-cloud when it is more manageable, always with a documented rationale.

Infrastructure focus

Depth, not dilution

One practice, one domain: architecture, migration and optimization. Latency between availability zones, storage tiering, network peering, instance selection from real workload profiles, not generic benchmarks.

Security by design

Never an afterthought

IAM, network segmentation, encryption at rest and in transit, aligned with ISO 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR. Security reviews integrated into every phase, from first design to post-migration validation.

Pricing

How cloud consulting engagements are priced

Every engagement starts with a diagnosis and ends with a fixed quote. Durations below are typical, not promised.

FormatTypical scopeDurationPrice
Readiness assessmentWorkload inventory, dependencies, risks, prioritized roadmap and estimated costs2 to 4 weeksFixed quote after diagnosis
Cost optimizationUsage audit, right-sizing, governance and transparent savings reporting4 to 8 weeksFixed quote after diagnosis
Migration projectMigration waves with dry runs, cutover plans and rollback procedures6 weeks to 6 monthsFixed quote after diagnosis
Managed optimizationMonitoring, on-call and monthly optimization reviews after handoverMonthlyMonthly fee, quoted upfront

What changes the price: number of workloads, dependencies between applications, compliance scope and how much of the execution your team keeps.

Client outcomes

Measured results from real engagements

-35%

Monthly cloud spend · SaaS

A cost audit that found idle EC2, oversized RDS and forgotten environments, cutting spend 35% in two months while improving performance.

200 VMs

Migrated to Azure · Finance

A phased VMware-to-Azure migration in six weeks, zero data loss, 28% lower operating costs, passed on first security review.

First pass

HIPAA compliance · Healthtech

A GCP architecture with private GKE and least-privilege IAM that passed compliance audit on the first attempt, freeing two engineers for product work.

FAQ

Cloud consulting FAQ

Straight answers to the questions we hear before every cloud engagement.

Which cloud platforms do you support?

AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform, with professional-level certifications on all three. We also advise on multi-cloud and hybrid strategies when your workloads or compliance requirements justify the added complexity.

Do you handle the migration or just provide a plan?

Both. Some clients want a readiness assessment and a roadmap their own team executes, others want us to run the migration waves end to end. Either way, our consultants stay involved through cutover, with a dry run before every wave and a rollback procedure for each switch, until your workloads run in production.

How long does an engagement last?

A readiness assessment takes two to four weeks and a cost optimization four to eight. Migration projects run from six weeks to six months, depending on the number of workloads and the dependencies between them. Durations are set after the diagnosis and written into the fixed quote, with milestones you can track.

We are already in the cloud but struggling with costs. Can you help?

Yes, it is one of our most common engagements. We audit usage, remove idle and forgotten resources, right-size instances and databases, and install governance so spend stays under control. Engagements typically uncover 20 to 40 percent in savings within the first three months, reported transparently.

How do you handle security and compliance during migration?

Security is designed in from the first phase, not added at the end. IAM, network segmentation and encryption at rest and in transit are part of the target architecture, aligned with ISO 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR where they apply, and reviewed at every migration wave and again after cutover.
